Señor Jesús, tu dijiste: Pidan y se les dará.

Todo lo que pidan al Padre en mi Nombre, se lo concederá.

Llegamos ante ti con mucha fe: escucha nuestra oración. Perdona nuestras culpas. Aleja de nosotros los castigos que merecemos y haz que nuestras lagrimas se conviertan en alegría, 
como prometiste,

para que vivamos alabando el Nombre que te puso el Arcángel Gabriel, 
(Luc. 1:31)

y sigamos alabándolo en el cielo. AMEN.

Día 3º - La sorpresa
Intención: por los que enfrentan conflictos familiares

1ª lectura: Génesis 18: 1-15

     “Dios se apareció a Abraham en las encinas de Mambré, mientras estaba sentado a la entrada de la carpa, en lo más caluroso del día. Alzando los ojos Moisés miró, y vió que tres hombre estaban de pie cerca de él.  Tan pronto como los vió corrió a su encuentro desde la entrada de la carpa y se postró en tierra. Y dijo: ‘Señor mío, si he hallado gracia a tus ojos, te ruego no pases de largo junto a tu servidor. Que traigan un poco de agua y lávense los pies, y recuéstense bajo el árbol. Voy a traer un bocado de pan para que fortalezcan su corazón. Luego seguirán su camino: que para eso han pasado junto a este servidor’. Y contestaron: ‘Haz como has dicho’.
     Entonces Abraham fue de prisa a la carpa y dijo a Sara: “Prepara tres arrobas de harina, amasa y haz unas tortas’. Luego Abraham corrió al corral de las vacas, tomó un ternero tierno y hermoso y se lo dio al mozo, que se apresuró a aderezarlo. Después tomó ricota y leche y el ternero que había aderezado, y se lo puso ante ellos, quedándose él mismo en pie cerca de ellos, bajo el árbol. Ellos se pusieron a comer.
     Le preguntaron: ‘¿Dónde está Sara, tu mujer?’ Contestó: ‘Ahí, en la carpa’. Dijo entonces el huésped: ‘Volveré a ti sin falta el año que viene; y entonces tu mujer, Sara, tendrá un hijo’. Sara estaba escuchando a la entrada de la carpa, detrás de él. Abraham y Sara eran entrados en años, y Sara ya no tenía reglas. Se rió Sara interiormente, y dijo: ‘Después de estar gastada, ¿voy a sentir el placer? ¡Y además mi marido es viejo!’. Day 3º - The surprise

         Entonces agradará al Señor la ofrenda de Judá y de Jerusalén,

         Todos tus juicios están preparados y tus juicios de antemano previstos.
         Mira a los asirios que juntan muchas fuerzas, 
         orgullosos de sus caballos y jinetes, engreídos por la fuerza de sus infantes, 
         fiados en sus escudos y en sus lanzas, en sus arcos y en sus hondas,
         y no han reconocido que tú eres el Señor, quebrantador de guerras.
         Tu Nombre es: ¡Señor! ¡Quebranta su poder con tu fuerza!
         Pues planean profanar tu santuario donde reposa la Gloria de Nombre.
         Mira su altivez y abate su soberbia por mano de mujer, 
         Tú eres el Dios de los humildes, defensor de los pequeños, apoyo de los débiles”.

Día 9º - A Dios Padre sea la gloria
Intención: Acción de gracias por los dones recibidos

1ª lectura: Romanos 16:25-27 – Efesios 1:14

Gloria a Dios que tiene el poder de afianzarlos
según  el Evangelio que anuncio,
proclamando a Jesucristo,
revelando un misterio que fue guardado en secreto desde la eternidad,
y que ahora se ha manifestado para alabanza de su gloria.

Este es el misterio
que por medio de los profetas
y según el designio de Dios
fue dado a conocer a todas las naciones
a fin de conducirlas a la obediencia de la fe.

A Dios el único sabio
            por Jesucristo
            sea la gloria eternamente. Amen.
